When a client already has an architect in mind our Design/Assist method offers improved quality and cost maintenance. We help the architect do research and write specifications. We assess the scope of work, goals of Design/Assist portion of project, budget and construction schedule.

Our general contractors are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, and management of vendors and trades. In addition, we keep communication between our general contractor and everyone involved open and clear throughout the course of the construction of the home.
